Common questions
What needs a plan?
Sending texts, making calls, and online apps such as Chirp, Mail, Bank, Garage, music streaming and internet radio. Receiving texts, texting 6677 and calling emergency numbers always work.
What happens when I run out?
That service pauses until your plan renews. Add a boost or upgrade from your account or the OPS Mobile app and it works straight away.
How does renewal work?
At the end of each period we use your account credit first, then your in-game bank. If there isn't enough, the line pauses until you renew.
I changed plans. Do I need a new eSIM?
No — the eSIM stays on your phone. Plan changes apply instantly.
My phone says SOS.
