Training, certification, safety & the job assistant
How it works, end to end.
Certifications
Each job family has a course: classroom lessons, a safety module, an exam and (if enabled) an in-game practical at the OPS Academy. Installation work needs the family's certification to be accepted.
The job assistant
On any job, 'Guide me' (or /jobhelp) shows the next step, the tools you need and where to get them, the safety controls and what goes wrong if you skip steps.
Risk assessment
Before on-site work you confirm a dynamic risk assessment: PPE, cones, isolation, ladder or harness. Skipping it on risky work can cause accidents (falls, shocks) and is logged.
Standalone or items
In standalone mode your van has the tools and kit comes from /towers. In items mode tools and parts are inventory items collected from an OPS depot, and jobs use them up.
Configuration
Everything — systems on/off, companies, jobs, prices, timings — can be changed in the config files, OPS Hub → Settings / Jobs / Companies, or OPS Work → Admin.
