OPS Network ISP

How it works, end to end.

Lines

A line is a customer, a package and an ONT. Ordering raises an install job; completing it activates the line: ONT linked, public IPs assigned, router settings pushed, first bill taken.

IP addresses

Dynamic 203.0.113.0/24, static 198.51.100.0/24 and dedicated /29 blocks from 192.0.2.0/24. Static IPs let customers host their own servers.

Router settings

LAN, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, VLANs, firewall, port forwards and VPN — edited on OPS Hub and pushed to the router in game.

Monitoring

Every 30 s line states are updated (up, degraded, down). Three or more lines down within 450 m opens an outage, notifies customers and raises an emergency job.

Billing

Every 7 days; unpaid lines are suspended after 3 days' grace (the ONT is cut off) and come back when paid.
